STUBIČKE TOPLICE – 327

Stubičke Toplice is located in the southern part of Hrvatsko zagorje, underneath the northern slopes of the Medvednica mountain, where Vidak and Topličina streams run alongside each other. The first written historical trail of Stubičke Toplice is found in a charter of the Croatian-Hungarian King Andrew II of 1209, where Toplice and Stupca toponyms are mentioned. Many generations have spent their summer months at the pools of Hotel Matija Gubec, beneath which the ride through Stubaki begins.
